Satyagyan's beautician course is a 1-month program where women learn the basics of esthetic services. In the last decade, esthetic services has grown to a multi-billion dollar industry in India that has permeated both urban and rural settings. With a growth rate of 35% in 2012, millions of jobs are opening up for women. However, most underprivileged women are blocked from entering the field due to high cost of training and certification.
